PZLR is a puzzle exchange company that offers a lifetime exchange promise. With each PZLR puzzle, customers will receive a poly-mailer with a prepaid shipping label to send their puzzle back and exchange it for a new one after solving. Or, they can hold onto the puzzle for as long as they’d like. PZLR encourages sharing the puzzle love by offering $5 in credit for sending a gift puzzle to a friend.
PZLR is intended to be a solution to the growing puzzle shortage in the United States caused by COVID-19, and offers an opportunity for puzzle lovers that eliminates excess waste and helps make new puzzles accessible for everyone.
This project’s deliverables included packaging, website, and photography.
The puzzle box is designed in a cube format with an interlocking top. The package is created to feel like a puzzle itself.
